CFMG conducts annual surveys of members and providers to ensure an excellent level of satisfaction. Over 97% of members surveyed are pleased with the care provided by CFMG's primary care physicians and specialists; and over 99% of physicians and practice managers are satisfied with the administrative services and support provided by CFMG.

Clinical Practice Guidelines
To assist physicians in providing the finest quality care, CFMG along with its physicians develop clinical guidelines or "best practices" to ensure that the most current and cutting-edge approaches to medical care are available for members. The Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) focus on prevention, screening, and/or management of children with certain medical conditions.
