HIPAA 5010 standards
effective January 1, 2012

The Alameda Contra Costa Medical Association (ACCMA) is advising its members to be familiar with these HIPAA 5010 Standards regulations and be proactive about making the needed changes. 

If your practice management systems are not capable of meeting these standards, a change will be required. If your practice will be affected and you need help, contact Steven Yedlin MD at (510) 428-3472 and CFMG will work with you to get a new system installed before deadline.
