Alameda Alliance for Health
• If you participate with Alameda Alliance for Health Medi-Cal, your dental care is covered by Denti-Cal. You may contact Denti-Cal directly at 800-322-6384. Vision care is provided by March Vision Care and may be contacted at 888-493-4070.
• If you participate with Alameda Alliance for Health Healthy Families, Healthy Families Dental Plan, 888-747-1222, covers your dental care. Vision care is provided by Healthy Families and may be contacted at 888-747-1222.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I RECEIVE A BILL FROM A BILLING COMPANY?
Call the billing company and make sure they did not send the bill in error. If they do not have your health plan information, give them your health plan I.D number (found on the front of your ID card) and not your social security number.
